That day I made my first video journal entry. Actually, tosay that it was the first is not really accurate. I have made shorts in August 2022, which was also around the time I got a skateboard and was really motivated to do
Something vital I am learning about this whole growing and stepping into my power process: documenting the process, the reflections, the insights, everyday, on the same platform, is crucial. Without that process, everyday becomes like a blank slate, and I forget what I learned the day before, and I slide back into my old ways.
Crucial habits to keep growing:
1. Listen to 1h of Jen Sincero or another badass coach like her. She’s my go to right now, but I am sure others will come my way. Listening to her everyday helps me turn the message into actions and into my reality. I have so concretely shifted my mindset already around the money I can make and the importance of making it –so that I can step in my truth, live the way I intend, and shine with all my light.
2. Journal everyday for 1h. And one thing I am realizing is that, although it is nice to use the pencil to write, these entries never really make it to The Archive. I also tend to stop short, get up, do other things, etc.
